Becoming a Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner and Founder of De Donato Holistic Health & Living after some thirty year activity as Life & Spiritual Coach and Information Broker in the health and medical fields, along with several years worked at the Department of Health in Rome, Italy, as Archivist, in which she dealt with all sorts of Public Health issues and managed a great variety of information and cases, was the most natural choice to make for Maria Teresa De Donato. By combining her acquired knowledge to the wisdom and the insight that ancient western and eastern civilizations brought into this world, and by applying the principles those philosophies and methodologies are based on, she elaborated a personal, yet customizable program, an easy step-by-step guide to coach her clients and teach them how to prevent nutrition-related health problems, help the body restore balance (homeostasis), enjoy good health and wellness, and strengthen the body self-healing mechanism allowing it to function properly.

Maria Teresa De Donato is a Certified Naturopath, Homeopath, Nutritional Consultant, Holistic Health Practitioner, Master Herbalist, Lifestyle-Wellness Coach and Information Broker graduated with a Bachelor and a Master of Science in Holistic Health and about to complete her Ph.D. Degree with Global College of Natural Medicine. She graduated with honor in all diplomas (Naturopathy & Homeopathy) and certifications (NC, HHP, MH) and is nationally board certified through the American Naturopathic Medical Certification Board (ANMCB), the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP), and a member of the Texas Society of Homeopathy.
She also graduated in Medical Administration and Health Care Environment Management from WIFI – Wirtschaftsförderunginstitut der Wirtschaftskammer (Innsbruck, Austria) and attended a full-time internship at the University Hospital of Innsbruck – Department of Women’s Services.
